Refund policy

We want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we accept returns within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at avahennessey808@icloud.com  with your order number. Items must be returned in their original condition. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method.

CBD Product Shipping Restrictions

Please note that due to state regulations, we are unable to ship CBD products to the following states: California, Idaho, and Alabama. If your order contains CBD products and your shipping address is in one of these states, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
